As a Mandate Holder in the Major Group for Children and Youth, Executive Director Jaewon Choi held bilateral meetings with the Department for General Assembly and Conference Management, the Division for Sustainable Development Goals, and the UN Youth Office.
The meetings covered practical questions of stakeholder access: conference management and speaking slots with DGACM, review processes with the Division for Sustainable Development Goals, and youth policy coordination with the UN Youth Office.
Bilateral meetings such as this one are conducted by the Office of the Executive Director and the Foundation's observer offices, which maintain working relationships with member states, intergovernmental organisations and civil society partners.
