The Internal Tribunal for the Administration of Justice is an independent organ that hears and decides disputes arising from membership and volunteer service, providing a fair, impartial avenue of recourse independent of the Secretariat and the governing bodies.
Functions
- Hears disputes on membership and volunteer matters
- Reviews decisions referred by the Ombudsman
- Issues final, reasoned decisions independent of the Secretariat
